I know the importance of primary school education and appreciate being part of the governing body of the school. My career as a teacher means I have a thorough understanding of the way a primary school works, and I want to use my knowledge and experience to support the school in the best way that I can.

As the deputy headteacher of Ranskill, I want to ensure the very best education for every child at our school, which is why I joined the governing body. I have over 20 years’ experience as a teacher and have worked in a number of schools during this time, each with different strengths.
